3. Physical Goods

Physical goods such as printed guides or manuals will be shipped to the address you provide. Shipment times vary based on location.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a service request at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you may receive a refund of any fees paid minus a 10% administrative fee. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start date, no refund will be issued due to resource allocation. 4.2 Digital Products

Requests for a refund of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, you must not have downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened physical goods within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless the item is defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
